From when can it be worn after childbirth?
It can be worn from the first weeks postpartum. In case of a cesarean section or complications, we recommend discussing it with your midwife or doctor before wearing it.
How do I choose my size?
Rely on our size guide available on the product page. If you are unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one — comfort is key, especially postpartum.
Is it suitable if I am breastfeeding?
Yes. The bra is designed to adapt to breast changes related to breastfeeding. Its gentle support does not compress and remains comfortable throughout the day.
What results can be expected?
Results vary for each woman. Most of our customers notice a feeling of lightness and better support from the first uses. For visible effects on the silhouette, we recommend regular wear over several weeks.
How do I care for my sports bra?
Hand wash or machine wash at 30°C in a laundry bag. Do not use fabric softener. Dry flat, in the open air.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as the shipment is sent.
What are the delivery charges?
Free shipping is offered for orders over a certain amount. Details are provided at the checkout stage.
What is the return policy?
You have 60 days to return your item if it has not been worn. Contact us at infos@montainoir.com to start a return.
